How to Apply
- Cut out the desired tattoo and remove the clear protective sheet.
- Place the design face-down against clean, dry skin.
- Wet the backing thoroughly with a damp sponge or cloth.
- Hold in place for approximately 30 seconds.
- Carefully peel away the backing paper and allow the tattoo to dry completely.
For the Glow Effect: Expose the tattoo to bright light before heading into the dark. The supplier notes that stronger light exposure helps produce a brighter glow.
